Ok, my son is a skateboarder.  That's his thing.  And that's ok with me, he works hard at it, and even makes a little money selling boards.  His dad just suggested he get some golf shoes and sign up for golf at school next year.  I'm still in shock and am wondering if this man has ever met his son.  You know, baseball maybe.  Golf?  Come on!  My son looked at me horrified at his dad's suggestion, like "Are you gonna make me?"
Course not, jeez.  Everybody wants their son to be a Tiger.  Not me, I just want him to be himself.
But see, Dad is the one that loves golfing and that's completely ok for him.

Between me and my son, we are always downloading pictures, games, programs, etc on the computer.  And this is the computer that use for work, which also requires some downloaded programs.  I'm not always aware of what my son is downloading and wonder sometimes if I bought a computer with enough memory, lol.  It's hard to imagine that these little machines can carry so much!
And then my niece comes over and she loves, loves to take and upload pictures.  I try to keep up with what they are doing and sometimes just delete things myself.  However, I am starting to get the picture bug myself, maybe as a result of losing 30 pounds, but anyway, I want to make sure my little computer is going to hold it all. 

I know I've been remiss at posting the last couple of weeks and I am so sorry.  The move to the new house was supposed to be the weekend before last, but was changed to this past weekend, and we had a lot of changes at work with the day job and everything is kinda mixed up, you know?  My routine is all off and I just got my cable straightened out in the new house and can now get on the internet, so I am a little backlogged.  Hang in there with me while I get back on track and find some more great opportunities.

Don't worry, we used koolaid on the little mutt!  It's actually a miniature poodle and belongs to my neighbor.  The kids thought it would be cool to color her pink for halloween last year.  We let them do it with koolaid packets because we did not want to use any products that might hurt the dog.  And it didn't.  But after I thought about it, I wondered if we all really knew what would hurt or irritate her skin.
Kinda wish I had found ZooToo first, an online community where you can learn about and share your pets.

I got a survey through Survey Savvy that got me chosen for a walmart moms smartpanel!  They sent me an invitation today to join and it's another opportunity to just login once a week and spend about 5 - 15 minutes and earn about $15 in Walmart gift cards per month.  It's by invite only so at this time, I can't pass on the opportunity.  But you can go ahead and get in on survey savvy and maybe the smartpanel is still sending out surveys to find more people, they seem to be really new as yet with not a lot of people.

We gots a new house!  Sooo much more room!  Now we can put the playstation 3 in it's own little place instead of all those wires hanging out the back of the tv.  I'm looking forward to having all this new storage space AND I have a deck that looks out over the lake.  Guys, I am so excited, I'll probable be gone for a day or two trying to move all this stuff, but time I get the computer and my new office up, I'll be back!  Have a great weekend!
