Everyone knows my son loves bacon.  If he could have it every night and morning, he would not complain.  Sometimes I will cook it for supper, and then use whatever is left for the next morning.  That is if anything IS left.  As long as it is there, he will eat it.  Trying to be careful about our health is an issue, but bacon is time consuming to cook and that is why I cook it all at one time.  But I found a microwave bacon cooker that is the only one on the market that I have found that is totally enclosed and can be used in the microwave.  This makes for less mess because all the grease it captured in the bottom, and the bacon is always fresh because you can cook as little as 6 slices at a time!  They are always perfect and just enough crispy.  I love this thing as I can make as little as I want in just a few minutes and not have grease everywhere, plus the bacon always taste better as it is fresh and I don't do it all at one time.  This would make a great gift for Christmas.  And not just that.  I use bacon in some of my recipes like the eggrolls and it can be a pain to mess up a pan and fry it.  Now I can just put a few in the case and in a couple of minutes have what I need.
